Home Care. This is for clients who need help occasionally throughout the day or night, but not continuously. We will visit you in your own home to discuss your needs prior to placing a care assistant with you. A Service User Care Assessment and Care Plan is produced through consultation with each client to gather accurate information about care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.

Day Care. We can provide care for any period, between one and twelve hours a day.

Night Care. A carer can be on hand all night or just stay in the property should help be required.

Personal Care. Your carer can help you get up in the morning or go to bed at night. Assist you with washing, dressing, undressing, going to the bathroom or making your bed.

Help with medication. Your carer can assist you in taking your own medication, provided it has been prescribed by your doctor. This is of course subject to certain limitations.

Meal Preparation. Your carer can help you prepare your meals, snacks and drinks, or can prepare them for you. If you would like your carer to keep you company whilst you eat you meal, this can be arranged.

Domestic and Home Help.Your carer can help with light domestic tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, house cleaning, washing up, personal laundry or shopping.
